All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Free Shipping

  • Available for: Orders over $50
  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment
  • Tracking: Basic tracking provided
Please Note: We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Return Eligibility

  • Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached
  • Proof of Purchase: Original order number or receipt required

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Chest-Protectors (due to direct contact with the body)
  • Arm-Wrist-Guards (personal protective equipment)
  • Any items that have been used, worn, or show signs of wear
  • Products with removed tags or damaged packaging

The Returns & Exchanges Process

Step 1: Submit Your Request

Within 15 days of receiving your order, email us at [email protected] with the following information:

Email Subject: Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]

Email Content Must Include:

  • Your full name and phone number
  • Order number and order date
  • Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
  • Reason for return/exchange
  • Preferred resolution (refund or specific product exchange)
  • Confirmation that items are unused with original packaging and tags

Step 2: Receive Authorization & Instructions

Within 2 business days, we’ll email you:

  • Return Authorization Number
  • Detailed shipping instructions
  • Return address

Important: Do not ship items without this authorization.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package your items securely and ship to:

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Step 4: Processing & Resolution

Once we receive your return:

  • Inspection within 3-5 business days
  • Immediate processing of approved returns/exchanges
  • Confirmation email with resolution details

  • Credit Card/PayPal Refunds: 5-10 business days after return approval
  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days for inspection and approval
  • Bank Processing: Additional 2-5 business days for funds to appear in your account
